Pixel Scene - Not centered

Postby djdad » 19 February 2020, 14:55

I have read a couple posts related to the center of a pixel fixture, but i cant tell if those are related to my issue , so here it is..

I have created a "Dance floor", with 36 RGB "blocks" in a 6x6 matrix and trying to apply the Rainbow Boxed pixel effect.

As you can see, the result is not centered. Any advise ?

So far, a 5 pixels square can not stand perfectly in the middle of a 6 pixels square.

5 pixels square ? How do i tell that its 5 pixels ? And is this the case for Circular and Conical ?
Is there a chance this to be improved ?

Not to poke the horse here, but this is a 6x6 square, and a center ring inward or outward sould be 6x6, 4x4, 2x2 (middle) and repeat to be centered.
If one has an odd number square it would be 5x5, 3x3, 1 (middle).

The reason is Pixels presently works with GIF pictures layers, and it is not easy to improve that with this concept.
We keep that in mind for the next major software version.
