Auto Beat on PC Win 7 [fixed]

Postby Tarzan4711 » 27 October 2019, 11:18

I have a problem with Auto Beat from PC
I have an audio file in a Timeline. I can play these normally. I hear the music through the speakers on the PC. I have inserted a sequence of 4 steps. The sequence is set to beat. If I press Start Timeline, only the first step can be pressed. The Mic icon is white, and below the Beat indicator is just the Mouse icon. Should not the speaker icon be here?
Does anyone have a tip for me what I'm doing wrong?

Our software sees the audio signal coming from the OS sound mixer.
Please check in the "Audio bargraph" in our software, that you see some levels moving with the audio signal.
If not, please check in the OS sound mixer that the audio input is linked to the audio output.

I have done some tests. I have reloaded and installed the QuickDmx program from the website. Damach works auto BPM.
then I have reloaded the fix file and copied the files into the program folder. After that, Auto BPM stopped working.

When I install the version 9.2.3 - 16060 - 64 bit from here works Auto BPM. Beat displays the Specker icon.

If I then copy the fix file from here into the Quickdmx folder and then restart the program I get the version 9.2.7 - 19090 time. NO car is BPM anymore. It also does not display Speaker Symbor. What can I do?

So far, we did not change anything regarding BPM, from V9.2.3 until now.
We will double check and come back to you later.

We do not see any problem with V9.2.7 here.
Please send a video showing that it works with V9.2.3 and not with V9.2.7.

I loaded two videos into a dropbox.
Maybe this will help.

Please do the following for the video:
- install the sofware V9.2.3
- rename the file "TheLightingController.exe" to "TheLightingController923.exe"
- add the file "TheLightingController.exe" from the fix file into the software folder, and rename it to "TheLightingController927.exe"
- record a new video by starting "TheLightingController923.exe", and then by starting "TheLightingController927.exe"
In the video, we have to see that both EXE files are started from the same folder, and we have to see the version number from the welcome screen.
