V3 does not connect to V9 and V2 does [fixed]

I have the updated V9.1.15 ShowXpress software on a PC running Windows 10, software appears to be working fine as a standalone. I also have the V3 Live Mobile app on an iPad Air running iOS 12.2 I have all the port setting, IP address and password identical to ShowXpress V8 and Live Mobile V2.4.1 When I attempt to connect, nothing happens. I also tried launching from the server link you provided, all I get is an endless "circle of dots" (I don't get the circle of dots when launching the app from the iPad, just nothing happens. SE8 and LM2 still connect and work fine between the same iPad and PC. What am I missing or doing wrong?

Please try the software V8 with Live Mobile V2, and let us know the result.

As I said in my original post, software V8 and app V2 still work fine (2nd to last sentence).

LiveMobile V2 does not connect Software V9.

I want to apologize, I didn't mean to come off as snarky with my reply before. Yesterday was a long day and I was dealing with other situations not pertaining to this one, and I wasn't thinking when I responded and hit send. I really appreciate you helping to troubleshoot my issue.

So far, regarding the communication with Live Mobile V2, there is no difference between V8 and V9.
We suggest you disable your Antivirus&Firewall for a few minutes, and try again.

That was it. Both V2 and V3 of the Live Mobile app connect right away now. I added the program to the firewall's "Allow always" list and re-enabled it, works fine.

Thank you so much. Can't wait to check out the features of the new versions. I do like the new look to it. I'll let you know my thoughts.

Roger that. I still have V8 of the software and V2 of the app as backup just in case.
