"Release All Buttons" Feature Added in Live - Beta V8

Postby kcsoundman » 03 February 2016, 15:27

A "Release All Buttons" feature has been added to the Macro menu in Live - Beta V8. This is exactly what I needed!!! It essentially is a BLACKOUT function.
THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH!!!

I achieved a similar function in 7.4 by creating a button on every page that acts as a "Blackout" and using a macro to trigger them all. The one thing I like about this is my moving heads have a blackout that returns them to a down position instead of 0-0 pan-tilt.

I love the idea of the release all macro but is it possible to incorporate a way to override where moving heads return to without using a position scene?

Unfortunately the option "release all buttons" can not do that.
This should require a new option like "release all buttons but ...".

I really like the idea of a release all buttons except. Can you please implement that? It would remove my need for a black scene on every board and a macro.

Just a follow up to this. Thank you so much for implementing the release all except... it works like a charm! No more blackout button needed on every board!
