Just got a 1024, but I'm only seeing one universe on both Mac and PC versions

I've got the latest software version

What's the fix?

May be the quantity of universes in main menu "Preferences" > tab "Main" ?

I have 3 universes activated (2 in use and 1 for parking lights).

In preferences/Dmx universes with change default DMX universes mapping checked
I'm only seeing 1 (Xpress 1024).

How do I get the 2nd universe?

I've been using showxpress for several years so I know the software well
When I use this software with 2 xpress boxes I get the 2 universes I need.

If in main menu "File" > "Preferences" > tab "Main", the quantity of universes is 2 or more
and in main menu "File" > "Preferences" > tab "DMX universes", the checkbox "Change degault DMX universes mapping" is unchecked
the 2 dmx universes of the interface D1024 will work.

Is it just on the fixtures page only?

If so please make the DMX universes mapping menu work with the 1024
