Add user-default setting for Fade In/Fade Out/Duration

3 is a nice number if you use it.

The fact is i have to change it every time on every scene and 90% of the time, i set each to 0.

Any chance on adding a user-defined option in the sequence list settings to allow the user the option to choose what the default should be?
