Postby LDJ » 01 June 2018, 12:34

Hello,

I had program a 60 steps sequential list for a very important gig and during rehearsals, it kept crashing 1 out of 3 times.

Please post a link to download a zip your lightshow.
And tell us how to reproduce the crash. The best is a link of a video showing the problem.

I captured it right at the moment the crash happened
Just download it to see the whole thing

I only have one #51 cue programmed but it does that for some reason ...

Thanks again !

Hey man, as support said above, you need to send your actual lightshow folder so they can troubleshoot. Upload it to Dropbox/OneDrive/Google Drive etc. and share the link.

Here you go, the light show is attached :D

The light show supports a percussion show ans cue are sometimes triggered very rapidly.
Keeps crashing around cue #42

Thanks again and I am really sorry if I am bothering you ...

We made the following test:
- start the software with your lightshow
- go in the tab "Sequential List"
- open "LUX45 Version CompleÌte.seq"
- open the windows "dmx bargraph" and "3DView"
- select the first line of the list (yellow)
- press "Go" until to reach the last line
We did that one time slowly, and another time very fast.
We tried also with the second project "LUX45 Version 45 gallons seulement.seq".
And we did not see any problem.

Coud you please do exactly the same actions like us, and tell us if you see the problem like this ?
If not please tell us what other actions to do, in order to see the problem.
