The Lighting Controller

I am running software version 8.2.18 on a Windows 10 PC. I created a sequential list in which I changed the values of Fade In and Fade Out, mostly to a value of 0. When I reload the .seq file all the Fade In and Fade Out values have returned to a value of 3 except for any lines that I changed to non zero values. I changed the .seq file to .txt and used notepad to look at it. All of the fade in/fade out values are set the way I want them. So it seems there is some default in the program that I cannot find that does not like the 0 values. The Fade In/ Fade Out setting in Live Settings only goes down to 0.5, but it does not seem to affect the sequential list settings. Is there a way I can keep the Fade In / Fade Out at 0 when I reload the file?

Thank you and please forgive me for asking if this next question has been answered, but I have looked through the forum and cannot figure out where fix files are kept. Is it in the Download section of the forum? I was trying to figure out how often fix files are released so that I can decide if I want to count on the fix before I teach my students how to use the software or if I should teach them to keep the program running so that they do not have to reload the sequential list file. Specifically, where can I check to see if there is a new fix file and when might this fix file be available?

By the way, sequential list is perfect for creating the director's lighting cue sheet. Even with the bug it makes it easier for us to get more students involved with running the lights for any play.

I'm running version 8.2.19 on Windows and currently experiencing this problem. However, when I navigate to the link for the fix file you have provided, the latest update it provides is 8.2.19, and this does not fix the problem in this thread. Where can I find the fix file for 8.2.20 or 8.2.21??

Sorry but that does not work. I downloaded the fix file from the link you posted and it does not update me beyond 8.2.19. Followed all the instructions for updating, but still when I open the program it says version number 8.2.19. The problem in this thread has not been resolved.

We made a mistake in the server.
It should be fixed now.
Please re-load the fix file, and try again.
