Fixtures not in right spot sequential only

It is correct in editor, and if I push the scene button on the buttons tab, but in sequential, the pan is lower than it should be.
If I right click, select edit, go into editor, turn the 3d on, they jump up to the correct position.
I haven't tried it on DMX yet, only 3d, so I'm not sure at this time if it's a 3D thing.
I've tried edit, save, remove the scenes from the sequential list, and re-adding them, same result.
