I have a DMX-AN2 wich I have connected with the LAN Cable to my MacBookAir M1. When I want to tick the box for Artnet in the Network settings. It is grayed out? What am I doing wrong?

If I connect it with other software I get connection an can control my moving heads.

I have the same issue, the YouTube link you share is with the older show express versions. the new version v.9 release in 2020 keep showing the Artnet box greyed out. There's nothing I can do that can activate. I am not sure if I am missing something here. contacted tech support but get no response....

Could you please post a screenshot showing this problem ?

Our software asks the operating system to open the port 6454 and the OS returns "this is not possible".
This is usually because the port is already in use by another application.

Thank you. may I know how do I know if the port # is being used or is not opened? Because I tried on Mac OS and Window PC, both have the same outcome with Artnet greyed out.

Do you have one of the USB to DMX interfaces connected? Artnet is not unlocked without one of these being plugged in

I have the DMX-AN2 connected to computer via Ethernet cable while the DMX output is connected directly to the Lights

You need one DMX interface to be connected to open Artnet (https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... =81&t=3741).
In the first screen when opening our software, you can read:

0 Interface(s) found
0 Artnet interface(s) available

For instance with the interface "D512S", you will open 2 Artnet universes.
