[MacOS] "Midi learn" works, but no button's trigger [fixed]

PLEASE HELP!

I've been running ShowXpress 8.1.00 for 5 months now and it has crashed every time. Here is a list of the troubleshooting I've done so far:

- Installed 8.1.23, both from the website and as fix.zip. Unable to open because "EFK Hardware" not found.
- Installed 8.1.15, still crashes and is unable to launch MIDI cues. Able to 'learn' but not execute.
- Creating a new show from scratch, crashes.
- clicked box 'prevent app nap' for all versions + 3D views, crashes.
- turned off all "accessibility" settings for iMac

My next step is to try running the show from a different account login. I will report back after. In the meantime, if there are any suggestions, please help!

Please do not use V8.1.00 ; the lastest available version is V8.1.25.
You can send a zip of your folder "../TheLightingController/". We will check it.

I've been forced into continuing to use V8.1.00 because that is the only one where the MIDI controller has been working. I've tried all versions up to 8.1.23 with no luck. It either crashes or the MIDI triggers do not work. The MIDI triggers are vital to my show and I will not be able to make a full transition to a later version until the triggers work properly. Where should I send the .zip folder?

Here is a picture of your lightshow (V8.1.29 under MacOS Sierra).
What shall we do to get the crash ?

Push any of the scene buttons in the bottom left hand corner for an undetermined amount of time. Sometimes as quick as 7minutes. Sometimes as long as 4 hours. Crashes have taken place using any of this buttons.

However, I should point out that I am not using V8.1.29 under Sierra. I'm running 8.1.00 under El Captain because the newer versions have either collapsed or don't launch the MIDI triggers. It can learn them, but won't launch them.

The crash "after long time using" is known ; it is fixed since V8.1.21 (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4521&start=10#p18507).

We are able to trigger the buttons "Sermon final", "Pre Service" and "Video announcements" with some buttons of our APC mini midi device.
Sorry but we are not able to reproduce any crash (or midi problem) with V8.1.29.

Sometimes the crash takes as long as 4 hours.
That's strange, then why do you think I'm able to launch MIDI cues with 8.1.00 but none of the following versions?

We presently have no idea, because here we imported your lightshow, and it straight worked with our APC Mini on V8.1.29.

Would you recommend that I update to 8.1.29 and Sierra? I'm apprehensive because it is vital that the MIDI cues work. Otherwise, what course do you suggest I take?
