can't wait to try this. Now I can use even better MIDI controllers since I can take advantage of more features. Thank you!

Can the new speed sliders be controlled by MIDI?

Great! How do you control the speed sliders with MIDI?

- Enable "Midi In" and choose a device in general Preferences and restart the Software
- Enable and configure "Midi In" in "button trigger" of "Live" button

Right. I understand how to enable MIDI control of a button. Thank you.

But MIDI control of a new speed-slider button does NOT affect the button's speed slider. I want to be able to adjust the speed slider using MIDI.

Currently, a MIDI command just enables/disables the button in ShowXpress. The speed slider is unaffected.

Can you confirm? Thank you!

You need to make sure your controller is transmitting a CC (Control Change) from the fader not a Note on/off or other type of message... It's working for me...

In Preferences it won't remember the MIDI out device, I have to reselect it then reboot the program...
it seems to be better in the Beta version 7.0.67 though...
