After applying Fix file - Wont start up

Postby Cablecr69 » 02 April 2024, 22:04

Hello,

I am running 9.3.9. When I download the latest fix file and apply the software no longer will open.

Im apply the library file and the English ini file.

I will be trying VII on my M1 soon but still want a stable one on my other Mac.

Thanks,

Chris

Please post a link to download a zip of your lightshow.
We will check that.

Here is a link to the show file with music and a zipped version without.

Thanks,

The ZIP file contains our software. This is not what we need. We need the lightshow (https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... ?f=3&t=168).
We have your WAV files.

I have exported the lightshow and added it to the google drive under folder DSUK.

This is from the version that is working as when I apply the fix...it will not load.

No problem with your lightshow and the latest version of our software here.

https://ibb.co/Ms3fqYV

Could you please send the file "param.ini" which is one level above your lightshow folder.
(the path is ".../home_directory/TheLightingController/param.ini")
