Closing Application not responding [fixed]

Hello.

When closing the program/application on both of my windows laptops it seems to freeze and it says on the top bar (Not Responding) then i have to force close it.

Any ideas? This is happens on both closing options (file - quit) and also the top right hand red X quit button.

Please try with an empty loaded lightshow, and let us know if same.
Check also you are using version 9.3.8 or later.

With an empty lightshow it closes perfectly.

Im not sure where to find what version i am using. I downloaded it from here last week.

Please advise how i can find the problem.

To open the small window showing the version of the software: main menu > Help > About
