corrupt show file [fixed]

Spent several hours on the phone last week with Chauvet Light tech support. We have uninstalled drivers and software, removed any ghost file. I recently updated my show file, now when ever I try to open the software it flashes a splash screen saying "control screen" and then crashes. Then only way the software will reboot is if you go in and and remove the parma file and set it as blank or default. The software will open and operate normally until you try and reload my show file. It will load other show files. It preform as above on any computer. With this said I believe that my show file got corrupted when I resaved it to my computer and thumb drive. Can I send my whole show file to you if so how? do I have to send all the files individually? Is it possible to send the whole file ?

Yes, please send a "wetransfer" link to download a ZIP of your lightshow, with the process to do to see the problem.
And we will check that.

i have shows this weekend. hoping to have my show files working by then. Also more than willing and able to share my computer with you with teamveiw. I am available anytime 24 hours that are good for you. Hopefully you can fix it with just the show file. Please let me know how I can be of any further assistance.

For an unknown reason, the scene file "BAR 4 REAR STROBE MULTIPLE COLOR.scex" is corrupted.
Please remove it from your lightshow, and our software will be able to run your lightshow (without this scene) again.

We note this problem.
The idea is, with such corrupted file, our software should be able to detect the problem and then ignore the file and run the rest of the lightshow.

removed file, show xpress STILL not able to open. I have shows this weekend this needs to be fixed please,

link to show file with deleted scenes. I'm running the most recent revision of software. it is still not wanting to open even with that show file not even loaded on the computer.

Please post a link to download the same lightshow than yours.
