network web ui

Many programs I use have the ability to host a web server and be accessed through the IP address. Is there a chance this could be included in future updates? maybe a server version of showxpress. It would negate the need for the live mobile app and allow for remote operation via port forwarding. I work in a nonprofit outreach center and that would be a huge plus to the showxpress i installed since administration is not always in the building when a group wants to use the lights.

thanks.

In your method, the web page is hosted by the client. and sends data from there. i find this is unreliable and leads to crashes. i would prefer to log in more like one would log in to a camera server. where the web UI is hosted internally.

ps: i know virtually nothing about programming or router shtick, I just set up installed software to the required configuration.

Sorry but our software does not embed a web server.

That said, it is open to external control via Ethernet: https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... =72&t=4183
