Is this the correct place to post questions/feedback of V9 Beta?

Yes it is (the "alpha" section is over).
You can post now in the appropriate section (Fixtures/Steps/.../Live) for V9.
In order to avoir misunderstanding with V8, please start the title of the post with "(V9 beta) - ...".
