Admin Password Lost [fixed]

Hi All
I have inherited a ShowXpress install at our store and it has been admin locked. I don't really want to have to uninstall the system, so is there anyway to change or delete the admin password as I need to access the network settings for a remote control option.

I've received the PM, but it didn't work for my QuickDmx version (8.1.23) (It couldn't find it..). When I open the preferences I still get the admin password popup. Any thoughts?

I am having the same issue. I inherited showexpress and it came with a previously exsisting admin password. Need to disable.
