Child Window & Keyboard Triggers

When the Child Window is up and active Ctrl+Shift+(letter) does not work. If I select the main window Ctrl+Shift+(letter) does work, including clearing active buttons in Child Window.
However when the Child Window is active Keyboard Triggers do work, just not Ctrl+Shift+(letter).
