No Output from ShowExpress 1024

I built a timeline for a halloween show. However, when I went to use it, it would not output the DMX no matter what I tried.
Version 9.2.38, ShowExpress 1024, MacOS, 18 fixtures 4 channels each, 4 channels apart, , DMX turned on, 3dViewer showing simulation, video playing. (Also, the 3dViewer isn't centered, most of the window black and my stage is in the bottom corner )

No matter what I try it will not output to the fixtures. I did try a single fixture on a new project just turning on and off, that worked. So I assume the interface is good.
Is there something I am missing?

Did you check that the DMX button was switched on. It's beside the 3D viewer button.
I've also had to change the dmx cable a few times.

The USB LED (the green one) of our DMX interface blinks slowly with our software connected and no light scene running.
It blinks faster when a light scene is running.
Please confirm you see that.

The "not centered 3D view" problem is fixed in the curent version of our software (V9.3.8).
