Timeline Wav file playback is out of sync
Posted: 17 April 2023, 16:00Latest version sync in timeline is out. Starts off fine but within a few seconds the playhead falls behind the waveform and makes synchronising the lights impossible. Should we sync with the waveform or the sound because each time playback is started it arrives at a lighting cue at a different place. Nothing to do with loading a timeline latency as we load a timeline from qlab and add a pause before sending a play cue to sync everything up. This is in the programming stage. Please advise. We have 4 productions going out this month all relying on your software. I can make do with some of the bugs but timeline syncing is a necessity. I must be able to sync for programming even if I play the media file back from a different place. And for 5 years it has a been fine. Please advise
