It can be a codec or a renderer issue.

Please keep in mind that:
- our software does not play & decode the media file by itself
- it just asks the OS to play it
- the OS plays the media file via a Codec

There is a lot of media file formats with an unlimited of compression type ; sometimes the Codec crashes with some exotic compression types, or simply does not read it.
In case of your media file is not played, we suggest you to install the free Codec pack K-Lite.

The problem may sometimes come from the renderer. To check it, open the window "ScreenControl settings" and change it.
