Right now, we are a bit lost, because it works well with our computers. We keep searching.
In the meantime, please disable the option "show waveform", in TimeLine settings.

If other people using Timeline & wav files & "show waveform" feature read this post, please tell us how it works for you.

Thanks, this solves the problem in the meantime. The waveform can be active when editing or creating the timeline, and set to off for live.
