Having flashs buttons take over master faders

Postby Bap » 06 September 2021, 16:50

Hello,
I'm using a X Touch mini to control a lightshow on saturday, and I mapped two master faders for my moving heads dimmers on the controller, and two flashs buttons setting the dimmer of certain fixtures to 255 when pressed.
The problem is that of course the flashs buttons are scenes so they are also affected by the master faders. Is there a way to make them independent from the faders ?

I would love to see a feature to ignore Master Faders for individual Step Scenes in Live.

This is presently not possible, but this is noted.

+1 for this feature. Dimming down washes and pars with the master fader is great but we also need the option to ignore master dimmer for strobe and bright flash scenes.

Please add this in the next update.

Noted.

Remark regarding coding:
The option "Ignore master dimmer" is not really possible.
The option "Override master dimmer" may be easier. But this one opens the door for the next request which will be the option "Override master dimmer exclusion" for the master dimmers ;-)
