Shift Slider via Midi [fixed]

Postby DJDaveSA » 25 April 2020, 12:51

Hey Everyone

I have looked but have not been able to find a way of assigning a Shift Slider to a Master Fader to manually (via Midi) adjust the amount of shift.
Aim is to have several LED RGB fixtures all be the fading or snapping to the same color and by just moving a fader be able to change the look quickly and seamlessly?

if there is no current way then consider this a feature request?

My first post all the way from South Africa

Thanks and keep up the good work! :D

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I did look at that page.
so it is not possible to adjust the shift slider via midi?

Can we see if other people would be interested in that being a feature that they may find useful with a "+1"

Thanks

All slider into buttons can be controlled via midi (popup menu "Button trigger").
Just link a midi slider.

Thank you.
I had never thought of that. I had used that to turn the generated scene on and off.
I have tested it and it is working.
