Request - Button Always On Top

Thanks for the "exclude form Macros". Another button option that would be useful would be "always on top". So as long as it is on, another scene utilizing the same fixtures cannot override it.

Just a thought. :-)

I requested the ability to have manual button priority override using a number to control priority.

Support was looking for interest of other users. Your request would be possible with the feature I requested.

Having control over priority would be nice as well.

Support-

Can we take another look at manual control options for button priority?

Last takes priority should always be an option but I'm finding lots of scenarios where I want to override last take priority with certain buttons.

Ideally a value could be assigned to the button so you can have several levels of priority.

I would like to set the button priority on top of Live Editor. It would be really helpful for programming while the Live show is running

That kind of seems like a separate request. It would make more sense to me to do this with a toggle button inside the editor that would make triggered buttons higher priority in Live higher priority than the editor rather then do it on a per button basis. Maybe have the toggle next to the enable DMX button in Editor?

Regarding priority assigned to buttons.... I figured there would be a right click option to set button priority that would bring up a tab in the button trigger menu with a priority drop down menu with a value range. Buttons with the same value would operate as LTP within their same value group. Most of the tasks I would like to accomplish could be done with 10 values, but a higher range would be acceptable too. So for an example... if you have 4 buttons assigned value "7", whichever of those buttons last touched would take priority, but buttons with value "5" would not affect any channels that are set with the last button assigned "7".
