Can the second press not toggle the button ?

I am sending MIDI cues from Pro Presenter slides to trigger buttons for the different parts of our music set. (I have Fast, Medium and Slow scenes with matching buttons).

It is working great. We start a fast song, the first slide has a MIDI cue that triggers a ShowXpress "fast" button - the lights change. We move on to a slower song, a different button, lights change to moodier.

Now, here's my problem: If I do two fast songs back to back, the second song hits the same (fast) button and all the lights go out!

Is there a way of setting buttons up so that a second press doesn't toggle the lights?

Hopefully yours,
Patrick

After checking, this is unfortunately not possible.
Sorry for that.

Maybey a work around is that u first send a note for breaklights and then u can use the fast button again
Or create a second button with te same name

I think what he means is that you make a scene that you use in between songs that you trigger whenever a song ends. That way you can do a fast scene again after that.

Yes a button note for braek music, or a double fast button, triggered by different notes,
Midi note 1 triggeres button’fast scene#1’
Midi note 2 triggers button fast scene#2
If you play a 3rd fast song you can use note1
