Software crash on fast fader movement.

A colleague of mine crashed the software and was forced to do a computer restart during a show last night after moving the fader mapped to our blinder last night. I've had this problem before but haven't encountered it in a long time
The scene is mapped to the 9th fader on the 2nd APC Mini and is a simple: step 1 0% intensity, step 2 100% intensity.
I've added the error file for you.
We're running version 8.2.18.
Please take a look at this and let me know if you need any other information (I can also send you the file if you want) since I don't want this to happen too often or we might have to switch software which would be very unfortunate.
