Live Button Property Editing

Hi there.
I really exited about the new V8, and I thought i would share something that would make the software so much more user friendly.

Currently setting up the live boards and pages is 'n tedious process. Then i wondered, will it be possible to create i mode one can switch on and off, kind of like the pallet mode in editor, that would allow you to open a window with access to different button properties like, color, move (position), trigger, speed setting, flash, preset, fader... ect. Then by selecting a button in live mode, either by a "cntr + L-click" or "scroll-wheel click" or any unassigned click combo, one can set the selected button as active in the "Button properties window" that allows you to set and apply preferred properties to the particular button.

This is just my thoughts as a user, would it be viable function or not?
