Button overriding other scenes

HI, I'm running showexpress with a 512 on windows.
My question is when in "Live" I have all my scenes set, (keep it simple and say i have 3 fixtures)
1:Color Stage wash(Par cans)
2: 16 Led pars, for chases
3:Vocal Spot (Par cans)

When I have my wash on(1) and a chase going(2) when I go to light up the singer hitting the button for vocal(3), it overrides all other scenes that were clicked on(1,2). Other scenes don't do this but, a few do! If i have the 16 Led's (2) on RED, and click the scene button for white, it compounds the 2 scenes together and makes ORANGE. That makes sense... But at the same time it wont just override the stage wash..

Is there a setting to disable this? Any info would help. ALSO... the "Solo button" is NOT on!
