Macros and Multi-Step Scenes/Generator Movements

Support,

When I change from one Macro to the next but have the same multi-step scene or Generator movement still selected the software throws the movement into chaos to get back to the first step of the multi-step scene/generator movement, as though I have pressed the live button again. I understand that as far as the software is concerned it obviously views it as though I hit the button again.

But realistically if I go from Macro to Macro with the same multi-step scene/generator movement selected in both Macros, the software should just continue the multi-step scene/generator movement right where it was, not send it back to the first step.

Thanks.

Any ideas about this? I am getting way too complex trying to work around this problem. Would it help if I created a simple example for you?

Understood, but not discussed in meeting yet.

Ok. I just figured I was missing something simple.

Any workarounds on this? I have the same question and haven't been able to find any other discussions on this.

Thanks!

No, not that I know of. My workaround is rather complex.

We will shortly check if we can quickly improve that, or if this will be a long job.
We will come back to you asap.
