To know
Our software V9 works under Windows 7.
Our usb drivers for V9 are based on the Microsoft "WinUSB" usb libraries (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WinUSB).
Officially
Microsoft says that "WinUSB" is supported by Windows 7.
In reality
Windows 7 does not embed "WinUSB" by default.
A standard Windows update action does not always install it.
In that case, you have to install it manually.
We can not help more regarding this installation.
This is a decision of Microsoft ; this is beyond our control.
