Works flawless here: https://youtu.be/bJwttYymTk8

In order to know if this problem is exclusively with your computer, could you please try on another computer ?

Well, that's odd. How can I completely uninstall quickdmx from the computer? Maybe it helps if I install Quickdmx again afterwards.

To remove the program, open the folder of your software in "Program Files" and run the file "unins000.exe".
To remove (or rename) the lightshow data, delete the folder "TheLightingController" in the OS home directory.

I installed the software completely on another PC with Windows 10 64 bit.
When I play a timeline with audio, there is no speaker symbol on Beat. there is also no audio spectrum. do you have another idea?

Sorry but no other idea for now.
So weird because you have this problem on all the computers you made the test with, while nobody else reported this problem.
We keep searching.

There are many system parameters that have to be checked in order audio input can be used.
In Windows 10, it is possible to disable microphone for all the system, for all applications or per application.
In addition, you have to check how audio input is configured for the whole system or application by application (in Parameters => System => Audio)

short feedback.
It was because of the stereo mix driver. I installed the latest Realtek driver. Now everything works :)

Thank you for this feedback.
Setting sound parameters (under Windows) is not easy, but this is unfortunately beyond our control.
Anyway, happy to see your problem is fixed.
