Save As screen disappears

When saving different things in editor, pixels, generator, etc., the "save as" screen disappears. I know it's there because it pings and doesn't allow me to use any other screen in the program. But I can't seem to get it to come to the front no matter what I do. I end up having to start the program over. I've updated, re-installed, and searched for the answer every where I can think of. If anyone has any idea it would be greatly appreciated.

It also happens when I edit fixtures. I right click to edit channels on a fixture and the options screen disappears.

Please confirm that you are using V8.2.10 or higher.
If yes, could you please post a video showing the problem ?
