Lightning controller has stopped working

Hi,
I run the latest software on Windows 10pro.
As soon as I switch on the 3dview I get a window with Lightning controller has stopped working
Who can help?

We do not have this problem here.
Please try with another computer, and let us know.

We used more computers, 2 with windows 10, 1 with windows 8.
All have the same problem.

FYI, we made the test without any plugged dmx interface.

At the moment i'm only programming the show.
I don't have the interface connected.
When I don't switch on the 3dview, the show runs (looking at the dmx diagram, music and video runs)
As soon as I switch on the "3d-signal" and 3d view the program stops.

Can you tell me what specifications your pc has? The make and model (or serial number) of a prebuild pc/laptop will work too.
