Is there a minimum requirement or specification for Sweetlight if trying to run lighting, audio and video from the timeline without any lag?

Ideally a Windows PC specification..

Is there a list somewhere that I have not seen?

For light actions, the software should take less than 3% of the processor time.

Regarding audio/video playing, this is another story.
The real problem is the time required by the OS player to uncompress the file.
