The Lighting Controller

Hi,

I am posting this on behalf of a friend: she got SweetLight to work on multiple PCs without any trouble, but on a new Windows 8 tablet, the system doesn't seem to recognize the device (connected by DMX cable). Does anyone have experience with Windows 8 tablets in this regard?

Please open the system "Device Manager", and tell us what you see when you plug the interface.
