Hi Support,

In the fixture profile database, JB Systems is listed twice. Once as "Jb Systems" and once as "Jbsystems". Some of the fixtures are duplicated in both categories, some are not. It would be nice to have this tidied up if possible to avoid user confusion. See attached image

We double checked the software's bank of fixtures, and we were not able to find the folder "Jbsystems".
It looks like this folder comes from an older software version.

Ah ok. Could this be possibly because I do not uninstall the old version of the software when I install a newer one? I just install straight over the top of the old one. Should I be uninstalling the old one first for a cleaner installation?

FYI I have had no stability issues installing this way, works just fine.

We advise to install each new version in a new empty folder.
No need to uninstall the previous version.
