Is there any possibility to re-use the patch in new project?
- For instance at my venue we are changing the lightshow every few weeks, some of the fixtures are the same, but some are changing. It would be nice to have the possibility to load in the patch from previous show.
- or maybe another way is to re-save the light show with different name (?)

It saves a lot of time to just make minor changes instead of re-patching everything again.

Open the lightshow folder and copy/paste the folder of the lightshow.

Is there a way to merge 2 lightshows? Or copy all the patched fixtures on a universe?

It is not possible to merge two lightshows.
You can import fixtures from another lightshow.

On the fixtures page, just add a fixture, click "import fixture", navigate to the folder where your other ligjtshow is, find the "fixture" folder and add in the fixture you want. Easy.
