Antari 101 Low Fogger not recognised.

Hi all,

I am having trouble getting the Antari Ice 101 to work through Showexpress. The dip switches are set correctly as I have tested with a stand alone controller and all is good.

Any suggestions?

I have tried different cables etc.

It is only a 1 channel fixture, and I found a profile for it, it is bugging me to no end.
