TCP/IP : Listen error !

If you see this message, there are two possibilities to fix the problem:

1 - the network port that ControlBoard (or ScreenControl) is trying to use is already used by another external application.
Open Controlboard -> Settings and change the port #.
2 - a resident antivirus/firewall protection software prevent our software to use the network.
Change the parameter of this resident software, in order to allow our software to use the network.

Please note this:
- in major cases, the problem is #2
- there is no risk to allow our software to use the network, since it uses by default local IP (127.0.0.1), which means internal com (and not external com via internet)
