dmx problem [fixed]

I bought a rack and at the test so I can not put on dmx or 3d.
It shines PC-link but nothing works!
I'm running this on a mac and have never had problems with my old box D512
Do I need to change something in the program?
I have tested both external and power from usb
The software version is 6.333
