The Lighting Controller

Hiya,

I'm just wondering how you use the rack interface with a lighting desk? Do you assign a channel to a channel on sweet light? Does it do this automatically or do you have to program it in manually?

If someone could shed some light on how this works, that would be great!

You can do two different things:
1. patch dmx inputs to dmx outputs (right click in ControlBoard > select "dmx patch" > select tab "dmx output")
2. patch dmx inputs to buttons in Live (right click on button in Live > select "button trigger" > check option "dmx")
