Interface works on Windows but not Mac
Posted: 12 July 2018, 03:52Hi, this is my first time trying to use ShowXpress on Mac, after using it on windows forever. I have some lights connected through DMX with a Xpress 100. When opening ShowXpress on windows, it recognizes the interface & says 1 interface found.
I can't for the life of me get it to work on Mac, I've tried my mac desktop and macbook, both show 0 interfaces found when opening the software with the interface plugged in & lights addressed correctly. I've tried different USB ports as well, and of course Windows where it works fine. What could be the issue...?
I'm stumped.

P.S. I need it on Mac for the sake of convenience for an upcoming gig. Recently got rid of my Windows laptop & got a Macbook, and don't really want to bring my desktop w/ windows on it.
