Hello,

After a while i have a problem with the usb-dmx cable interface. There is a error on the startup. The driver copy paste fix doesnt work. Could someone explain how to fix this problem? We need it tonight. Or could someone help me through teamviewer? We don't have much time.

Greets,

Janco Kock

The message is "one not compatible driver" or "one not compatible interface" ?
Please confirm it is "one not compatible driver".

Sorry for my late answer. In the mean time we loan a d512 from a friend. The messages is one not compitable interface, please remove it. Iv reinstall drivers, tried different (older) versions of the drivers. The D512 was plug and play, but the cable doesnt work :( Iv download the drivers from this forum but they didnt work.
Any ideas?

Sounds like user is trying to use the cable interface on a Mac.

I do not understand the answer. What should i do exactly? I have tried a couple things:

* reinstall the software
* remove the drivers (we where using the 1.04 driver for 2 years) and automaticly install the 1.06 drivers
* download the drivers from this site, paste them in the sweetlight directory and install them.
* use different usb ports
* use different versions of the driver
* tried a other windows 7 pc, but still the same popup.

But al no succes :(
The last time we used it everything worked, but now we plugged the cable in the pc and get this error.

We where using a windows 7 laptop.

We suggest you to:
- take a new "clean" (without our software) computer
- install the right software (viewtopic.php?f=15&t=691)
- if you still have the problem, your interface might be defective. In that case, please return it to your retailer.
