[MacOS] When Doggle is plugged in, does the light turn on?
Posted: 06 December 2013, 00:51I am unable to get any communication between my Microh LED lights and ShowXpress on my Mac running OS 10.8.5 and ShowXpress v6.333 . When I plug in the Xpress 100 USB to DMX doggle, is the PC Link supposed to turn on right away?
There is no light at all.
Even when I use the demo and add the fixtures to the Setup and map the DMX addresses, and connect the XLR cable to the fixtures and set the fixtures to DMX mode with their addresses... still nothing.
Any suggestions?
