Posted: 14 November 2012, 20:57I am still unable to access "Preference/Connect" with Live_Mobile 2.0 on my Motorola Droid RAZR running Android v4.0.4. I have checked all settings and they are correct but the iPad will not connect to Live. Do you have any suggestions?

We do not have this device, so we are not able to reproduce the problem.
And it works well with our other Android devices.
We are wondering if:
- problem is exclusively with your device
- problem is with all Motorola Droid RAZR devices
