Android v4.0.4 Motorola Droid RAZR

Postby ibanezjem » 01 August 2012, 03:16

I have been using Live_Mobil for a while on my Samsung Droid Charge and it works perfectly!
I just upgraded to the Motorola Droid RAZR running Android v4.0.4. I installed Live_Mobil from Android Market; however I cannot access Preferences or Connect to Live. Do you have a fix or any suggestions for this problem?
Thanks

On my previous phone (Samsung Droid Charge) of which I have had 4 replacement devices this month from Verizon Wireless due to Samsung having certain issues; however with each new device I was able to download Live from the Android Market then open the app and input IP address, Port and Password settings without being connected to Wi-Fi. Later I would just open the app and connect to Live once I was connected to Wi-Fi in our worship facility and everything was fine. Now when I open the app, Preferences and Connect to Live buttons do not respond but rather flash randomly and then it crashes. I have tried downloading the app from the Android market and from your link under Live_Mobile and both act the same.

Thank you for these details.

Please note that we are in the middle development of a new Live_Mobile app version, so we are not able to work on this problem right now.
As soon as new version is available, we will inform you ; may be this issue will be fixed.
If not, then we could try to fix it.

It takes some time, because we have to release a new software version (current Live and new app are not compatible).
And currrent software is under test for other new features.

We will try to release new software and new app this month, after Plasa tradeshow.

During the wait for the new versions of Live and Live_Mobile I have been using a friend’s iPad with success. After the updates were available and before I updated Live or Live_Mobile I found this week that I could no longer connect to Live with the iPad.
I updated Live and Live_Mobile; but on my Motorola RAZR running Android v4.0.4 the App still crashes immediately when it opens and I still cannot connect to Live with the iPad. The App Store didn’t have any updates for the iPad.
Any suggestions /solutions?

You mean you still can not access to the buttons "Preference/Connect", even with Live_Mobile 2.0 ?
