The Lighting Controller

Hi.

I am running Big Sur on my MacBook with ShowXpress V 9.2.38 and trying to connect from V2 or V3 of Mobile live with an Apple device running IOS 15.6.1

I have enabled mobile live controller on my software under preferences as well as the live options. I have entered the software IP address, the External app port number and my chosen password exactly as on the ShowXpress software Mobile Will not connect to ShowXpress.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The next thing, which is beyond our control, to watch is a firewall which blocks the communication.
