Still unable to connect! [fixed]

I am Unable to connect to SX with my IPhone. Running IOS version 12.1.4 and the latest SX version 9.1.15 I believe. I am unable to connect even after following the directions word for word and gaining the correct IP address. I am able to connect with my Android (Using the same IP address and password) but the SX program immediately crashes. (IE shuts down) I have tried both versions of the app from the apple app store with the same results! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! As both sound and light tech for our band, being able to not be tied to the computer at all times would be a great help!

Somehow it started working??? I did Nothing different, just started the computer, then SX and tapped the SX iPhone app and it connected??? I knew I should have given the DMX gremlins sugar candy!!!
